Serving suggestion: mix 3 scoops = 30 g of ISO-FUJI 80 ml up to 250 ml of water or other beverage of your choice. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will in order to obtain the desired density and intensity of taste. Take one serving a day away from main meals, or an hour before training. It can also be taken after training or competitions.
