EFECTIV MASS is a scientifically formulated hard gainer formula designed to support anybody whose goal is to increase bodyweights and build muscle tissue.
Each 250g serving packs in over 900 calories, less than 10g of sugar and over 45g of protein, with over 17g of total branched chain amino acids (BCAA’s).
We’ve used a carb blend including rolled oat flour, maltodextrin, and sweet potato to provide sustained release, quality carbohydrates. Also added are healthy fats from coconut milk powder, quinoa and MCT’s.
As to be expected from EFECTIV, our mass gainer comes in three delicious flavours and mixes incredibly well.

Serving size: 250g
Serving suggestion: Mix THREE scoops (250g) to 500-600ml of chilled water or to your preferred flavour requirement, shake vigorously for 30 seconds using a shaker or using a blender. Once mixed consume immediately. For greater accuracy use weighing scales as scoop provided is included as a tool. We recommend 1-2 servings between scheduled meals per day and/or directly post intense exercise. When first using this supplement, it is advisable to start using a half serving to assess tolerance.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Sometimes it is likely there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders. In such cases, orders with Next Day Delivery shipping paid for will be prioritised first.
Our cut off for Next Day Delivery is be 1 pm, Mon - Friday. Any Next Day delivery orders placed after this cut off time will be processed the next day. If a Next Day delivery order is placed on Friday after 1 pm - will not be dispatched until Monday 1pm, meaning you'll usually receive your item on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Although rare, stock errors do occur, and we may not have the product you paid for in stock. When this occurs, we will either give you a call to inform you the product is out of stock, and offer alternatives to the price you've paid, or refund you. In some cases, we may be able to get more stock in, and we will let you know when your order will be successively shipped out - when this happens we tend to chuck in free samples!

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 within 5 Miles of our branches in Wembley (HA9 6AZ).
Deliveries are made by a member of our team. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If we can not make a local delivery, we will make arrangements for your order to be shipped out with a courier service of our choosing.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Wembley or Greenford stores. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 Business days unless we contact and inform you otherwise. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11.30 am - 6.30 pm on Mon-Sun Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@libertysupplements.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@libertysupplements.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
